the whorl to be turned.
Shaft Options: Hand-turned hardwood shaft, $15, in Bloodwood, Bocote, Cherry, Cochin Rosewood, Kingwood, Morado, Tulipwood, or Walnut; $20 in Ebony when available. We do our best to finish these as quickly as possible; please allow at least 2 weeks waiting time once we have a whorl ready to finish.

Premium Featherweights™: On occasion, we use limited-availability woods as they strike Jonathan's fancy. Finished Premium Featherweights™ are $60 each for a standard Birch shaft; $75-80 with a hand-turned shaft. We can suggest a wood to complement or contrast with the whorl of your choice. Some Premium Featherweights™ may finish
at higher than our 14 g/.5 oz target weight; not all woods available at
all times. Most Premium Featherweights™ are finished on a by-request basis,
so we do not often have finished Premium spindles available. We are
working through our WishList (sadly, now closed). When available,

US Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail; shipping
for a 1-pound package is $5.30-6.10, depending on postal zone; $5.20
when a USPS Flat Rate
envelope or small box is appropriate.
International packages are sent by USPS 1st Class International (Charkhas & Journey Wheels sent by Priority or Express Mail with insurance), $4.55 to Canada for a 12 oz package; $9.50 to Europe, Asia and Australia. A shipping estimate is always included with confirmation of your order.
