Ancient Kauri Wood Spindles

Jonathan's fascination with beautiful and rare woods interested him in ancient Kauri wood, many thousands of years old. Kauri is light in weight — Finished Midis range from 22-27 grams; Minis, 15-19 grams; Featherweight, 13-15 grams. Kauri is a beautiful 'napped' wood, a deep warm cinnamon brown when looking 'down the grain;' a lighter amber color when looking 'up the grain.' The price of these is $58 for a Midi, $48 for a Mini or Featherweight. Add $5 for a shaft in Cherry or $12 for a shaft in Cochin Rosewood, Tulipwood, Bocote or Bloodwood.

Shipping costs will be added on our end; Priority Mail begins at $5.20/1 pound package within the US.  We will notify you what the final costs are prior to payment.
