Shipping

Orders for in-stock items are processed and on their way to you within 48 hours, except when we are away from the workshop. We go to our local Post Office Monday-Friday; larger packages are taken to UPS as needed. Items shipped by Priority Mail should reach U.S. addresses within 2-3 days. Items shipped by UPS Ground services may take longer. If your items are not immediately available, we will add them to our Wish List, and let you know when we expect them to be ready.

Small orders

Drop Spindles, Niddy Noddies, accessories for the Journey Wheel or Charkhas, Book Charkhas, DVDs or printed material are sent by US Priority Mail with Tracking for 2-3 day delivery whenever possible.

Large orders

Journey Wheels and Attache Charkhas are sent via UPS Ground Service, fully insured. Tracking number(s) provided on shipping; residential delivery may be higher than business address delivery. Please let us know if you have special delivery needs so that we can accomodate you.

International orders

Packages to foreign addresses are sent via most reasonable prompt service; customs/import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Estimated shipping costs will be provided on receipt of your order; actual shipping costs are not known until your package goes out.

Returns

We will accept returns of undamaged and unchanged merchandise only within 30 days for a full product refund. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking charge. We cannot accept items that have obviously been used or are not in "new" condition.
